Riverstone Residential Group, one of the largest privately-owned, third-party multifamily apartment management companies in the United States, announces the launch of a new, robust Web platform for owners and nationwide properties. The Riverstone Web Platform, resulting from an aggregation of partnerships with industry leading suppliers in their area of expertise, provides a seamless, beginning-to-end, online leasing system with real-time availability and screening, and paperless lease execution and document storage.

In addition, the Riverstone Web Platform offers clients customizable Web site packages to address the owners' unique property marketing and branding needs and maximize their online presence to drive qualified traffic and leasing. The Web site packages include prospect, resident, and mobile portals with related features and technologies that provide easy user experiences and transactional interfaces to better service Riverstone prospects and residents. Moreover, the sites provide a single point of interaction through the entire resident lifecycle.

A resident portal, with Riverstone's custom landing page design and layout, allows residents to conveniently manage their rent payments and contact information, connect utilities, sign up for resident insurance, and manage and personalize their own portal profiles. The mobile portal, with browsing capabilities provides property information for both prospects and residents in a simplified format compatible with mobile browsers.

The integrated Riverstone Web Platform has a custom design layout that incorporates call-to-action buttons and social connections on every page within the individual property sites to give users every opportunity to share property information with their social network or transact with Riverstone online whether it is paying rent, checking availability, applying for an apartment, or submitting an online maintenance request. Moreover, the Riverstone Web Platform was designed to offer solid search engine optimization (SEO) practices to ensure that the properties have many opportunities to incorporate optimized site content to make their respective sites more visible on search engines, thereby increasing the property's organic rankings and leads.
