Bankruptcy Management Solutions, Inc. (BMS) announced today the promotion of Al Brown from Senior Vice President of New Product Development to Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this position, Mr. Brown will be responsible for developing and executing BMS's technical strategy and leading its technology team to capitalize on innovative opportunities.

Al Brown brings significant technology and operational expertise to BMS. Prior to joining BMS, Mr. Brown served at IBM where he was responsible for strategy for Emerging Standards in Enterprise Content Management. Prior to IBM, Mr. Brown co-founded eGrail a pioneer in the web content industry later acquired by FileNet. Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Colorado School of Mines and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
