RealManage announced today that it has released a new comprehensive client Monthly Management Report. The report is systematically generated and delivered using RealManage's internally developed state-of-the-art management software application. "The new report, in conjunction with the RealManage Monthly Financial Report Package, web-based Board Portal and Resident Portal, provides our clients with industry-leading visibility and transparency into the business affairs of their community associations," said Monte Irion, Chief Process Officer.

The report delivers information, charts, trends and analysis covering property ownership, tasks, maintenance work orders, association insurance, financial performance, delinquent member accounts, compliance inspections, and details about communication with residents in the community. The information is presented at both a summary and detail level with easy to follow dashboards displaying over 50 key measured conditions and resulting metrics including visual performance indicator icons. The dashboards further explain the conditions and metrics and suggest recommended action items to address each. In addition, RealManage can customize certain aspects of the report and measured conditions to meet individual client needs.
