In this role, he will lead the company's efforts to build strategic partnerships across the display-advertising ecosystem and will play an integral role in helping shape the company’s next phase of growth.

Mayers’ diversified 15-year background brings with it a deep respect and understanding of traditional media and a unique perspective about the online advertising industry and digital media. Before joining Proximic, he had previously served as COO of Adify and played an instrumental role in the acquisition of Adify by Cox. Prior to Adify, he held senior executive positions in Business Development, Strategy and M&A at Cox Enterprises in Atlanta, Georgia. His digital life began at Prodigy Communications in White Plains, NY. Mayers has also worked in advertising, broadcasting and Public Television.
