The Japanese comedy/drama DEPARTURES, directed by Yôjirô Takita and starring Masahiro Motoki, Ryoko Hirosue and Tsutomu Yamazaki, follows a newly-unemployed cellist who answers a job advert he believes is for a travel agent, only to find himself preparing corpses for funerals – and finding a whole new perspective on life.
