Garner Environmental Services, Inc. has been awarded contract number GS07F0403X with the GSA (General Services Administration) to provide disaster response services to federal, state and local governments during natural and man-made disasters as described in Schedule 84. Garner has a long standing reputation in the disaster response business for supplying equipment and personnel to customers on federal, state and local levels. With over 30 years of experience, Garner believes that this new contract with GSA will make it much easier for federal, state and local governments to call upon Garner during emergencies for help with things like power distribution, Incident Management Teams, Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Support Personnel, Flood Management and Remediation Equipment, as well as Chemical and Biological Decontamination Services.

Garner has responded to some of the most high-profile disasters over the past 30 years including forensic debris recovery at the World Trade Center in New York City, logistical support for the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster, and search & rescue services, logistics, and staffing support following the Oklahoma City Murrah Federal Building bombing. In the aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, Garner provided resource support consisting of material handling equipment, generators, base camp living facilities, and led the projects of the San Gabriel morgue (New Orleans area), New Orleans International Airport, and mobile/temporary body storage units in the New Orleans area, as well as other life-sustaining equipment and operations for the states of Louisiana, Mississippi, and numerous Texas county governments.
