The Pro-B-Lite has taken the SynchroGuide LED wireless self-synchronizing technology and compacted it into a rechargeable 5 pack lamp kit always ready for rapid deployment from the trunk of an emergency responder vehicle.
The Pro-B-Lite lamp series was designed to highlight the path of lane or road closures, while at the same time improving approaching driver lane discipline by providing a directional guide.
Since there is no master lamp, the lamps can be staggered and placed in any order to give the impression of a single light source traveling from front to back or sequentially. The lamps can be placed from 7 to 33 feet apart and up to 15 lamps can be placed in a line
The Pro-B-Lite Sequential Emergency Services Lamp is ideal for use by -
- Fire Departments
- Police Departments
- Utility Companies
- Towing Companies
- Departments of Highway
- Departments of Transportation and
- Road Construction Companies.
The use of Sequential Warning Lights is outlined in the 2009 edition of the Federal Highway Administration’s Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (FHWA MUTCD) Section 6F.83 “Warning Lights”. Independent trials of the Pro-B-Lite in the United Kingdom and the United States have suggested that the technology is one worth investing in to make your temporary incident lane control safer.
