Whitewater Hill Wind Partners has awarded UpWind Solutions, Inc. a 5 year Operations and Maintenance Agreement for post warranty O&M services at Whitewater Hill Wind Farm in North Palm Springs, CA. Whitewater Hill Wind Farm consists of 41 GE 1.5 MW turbines and began commercial operation in 2002. It supplies electricity to 12,000 American homes and displaces 130,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide.
