Today, the leadership of SoDA, the leading association of digital agencies, founded in 2006, announced that 40 of its member agencies have agreed to merge into what will immediately become the largest digital agency network in the world.
With over $350 million in combined annual revenues, offices in 22 countries and in excess of 2500 staff members, the new agency will offer unparalleled innovation and global reach in all digital disciplines.

SoDA was founded by thirteen digital agencies in 2006 with a mission to advance the industry through best practices, education and advocacy.
