“We are gratified that even though we are still in our first year of operation, our students and parents are finding Provost Academy’s online education meeting their needs and expectations,” said Audie Rubin, executive director of Provost Academy Colorado. “We are especially pleased that they nearly unanimously recommend our school to others.”
The survey asked students and parents to rank their level of satisfaction from very satisfied to very unsatisfied in a variety of areas including curriculum; communication with instructors; quality of technology provided; overall quality of the Provost Academy online learning environment; sense of community; enrollment process; overall level of satisfaction with Provost Academy; and recommendation of the school to others.
“Today’s high school students learn much differently than students just a few years older—and that’s mainly because they have never known a world without the internet or cell phones. They are skilled at continuous interaction with technology, and can benefit from an education that utilizes stimulating virtual curriculum designed specifically for them,” Mr. Rubin said. “From day one, we have been committed to providing each and every student an education that matches how they live with how they learn, and I am proud that our efforts are doing just that for hundreds of Colorado families.”
