Customers at the National Massage Therapy Institute’s (NMTI) Student Massage Clinics will now be able to book their appointments online. The new website for NMTI’s four Student Clinic locations will go live on April 1st, 2011. This site will be full of useful information regarding the benefits of massage, contact information for each student clinic location, monthly specials, service menus and what to expect from your first visit. It will also be a fully functioning appointment setting interface equipped with an e-commerce system that will allow customers to book and pay for appointments online using their credit or debit cards.
National Massage Therapy Institute has teamed up with Book4Time, “a global provider of web-based reservation management, guest retention and business management solutions to the health, wellness and hospitality industry”; to bring the most advanced software for professional appointment booking to NMTI customers.*
NMTI Systems Student Clinic Director, Toni Milburn, states that “This software will be a huge benefit to customers. Here at NMTI we always strive to provide our customers with quality service, and incorporating the Book4Time software into our clinics will help us continue to provide this quality service, while also becoming more efficient.”
With the new Book4Time software, all clients have to do is simply select their location, their service choice and appointment time, and check out. This will allow clients to book appointments in just minutes.
