The central theme of the Gartner PCC Summit will focus on “Understanding Engagement: How New Insights and New Interactions Drive Performance”. Elcom will discuss this issue of Engagement in the context of key industry trends, such as Mobility and the User Experience, which are also being presented at the Summit by Gartner Analysts.

Elcom’s participation at the Gartner PCC Summit forms a key component of its strategic focus, to align with global developer and design partners to drive the product, CommunityManager.NET, into the North American market.
