HealthcareSource®, the leader in talent management software for the healthcare industry, and Lean Human Capital, a leading recruitment consulting firm, today announced they have created a partnership to help joint clients achieve a lean, just-in-time recruitment environment.

The partnership will make it easy for clients (hospitals and other healthcare facilities) to leverage their existing recruiting metrics and data and benchmark it against healthcare best practices.

HealthcareSource and Lean Human Capital also announced plans to collaborate on a number of projects to help healthcare providers have visibility into their recruiting performance against industry benchmarks, as well as services and education to help improve their performance.

HealthcareSource will provide client-specific data feeds from its Position Manager® software to Lean Human Capital at no charge to the client. This data will be used by Lean Human Capital to compare actual recruiting performance against industry benchmarks. The benchmark was the result of study done in partnership with The National Association for Health Care Recruitment (NAHCR), to identify relevant, actionable benchmark data on critical aspects of staffing performance in healthcare. Benchmark data includes key business metrics and processes that are critical to assessing performance with respect to time, cost and quality, alignment with their healthcare organization's key business objectives. To date, the study represents data from 60 healthcare systems throughout the United States, which in aggregate employ over 450,000 full time employees and process more than 3.25 million applicants
annually.
