We truly enjoy giving back to our local community and try to find new, creative ways to do so – what could be more enticing than a gourmet dinner and wearing custom diamond jewelry?

Since opening the doors of his first custom jewelry store in Southlake in 1983, Pieter Andries, Creators of Fine Jewelry, http://www.pieterandries.com, has been an active community partner and contributor to many local organizations. His philanthropic philosophy continues today, with the recent hosting of an elaborate fundraising event to benefit The Clariden School in Southlake.

Called “The Great Gathering,” the catered affair for 26 guests was held at Pieter Andries’ fine jewelry showroom in Southlake February 10. For $150 per couple, guests enjoyed a six-course meal prepared and served by Cassandra Fine Catering. To make the event truly memorable, guests were allowed to wear pieces of Pieter Andries fine custom jewelry, they had personally selected, to the dinner.

“We truly enjoy giving back to our local community and try to find new, creative ways to do so – what could be more enticing than a gourmet dinner and wearing custom diamond jewelry?” says Andries, noting this was the first time to host ‘The Great Gathering’ although he is a longtime supporter of The Clariden School. “Everyone enjoyed the event and we look forward to the next one.”
