Labour standards are metrics that define the average time it takes a store colleague to perform every task. These standards are the foundational element to forecasting workload,building schedules and optimizing the time store colleagues can be customer-facing.

Dixons selected Axsium after a thorough evaluation of competing vendors. Axsium was chosen because of its strength in all aspects of retail workforce management, knowledge of European work rules and depth of experience with labour standards. As part of their workforce measurement initiative, working collaboratively with a team from Dixons, Axsium will establish and document their core operating model and labour standards using a combination of development methodologies supported by Axsium's proprietary tools.
