White Glove Technologies Acquires Primus Networks

White Glove Technologies, a managed information technology (IT) services provider, announced its first acquisition of 2011 with its purchase of Primus Networks, a leading provider of managed IT support and hosted services to law firms throughout Texas. The acquisition extends White Glove’s on-site service capabilities to Houston and Dallas, while also enhancing their Cloud delivery platform and hosted data center operations.

White Glove’s Director of Managed Services, Eric Alvarado, has been tapped to lead the service delivery efforts across former Primus clients and oversee their successful integration into the White Glove service delivery model. The size and scale of our combined entities will allow us to deliver a more robust set of services and solutions to the legal and professional services communities.”

The combined companies manage over 9,000 end points across hundreds of companies throughout Texas through a team of 90 employees across three offices in Austin, San Antonio and Houston. A service center will also be established in Dallas. The company will retain the White Glove Technologies name and continue to be headquartered at 2136 Rutland Drive, Suite B, Austin, Texas 78758.
