Launching at Orlando WSWA Show on April 10, 2011, Innovative, Portable Cocktails are First of Their Kind and Quality on Market

On April 10, 2011, at the 68th Annual Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America (WSWA) Convention & Exposition ( in Orlando, newly-formed “Good Time Beverages” ( will officially launch an innovative and first-to-the-marketplace line of products, consisting of high-quality, pre-made premium “COCKTAILS TO GO”, packaged in earth-friendly, re-sealable pouches. The first two products to debut are “Bob & Stacy’s™ Premium Margarita” and “Big Barrel Brandy™ XO”.

Good Time Beverages’ new, unique cocktail concept utilizes only premium alcohols in each of their mixed cocktail products. Bob & Stacy’s Premium Margarita, made with premium tequila, is 30 proof – typically 50% more than competing pre-mixed, packaged cocktails. Two years in the making, each of the cocktails’ actual mix and make-up has been taste-tested time and time again by the company’s founders, until the best-tasting, most authentic margarita was developed and formulated. The 80 proof Big Barrel Brandy product is an XO level brandy, as opposed to either a VS or VSOP level.

All Good Time Beverages’ products are made in the USA, and are packaged in earth-friendly, easy-pour, re-sealable pouches that weigh significantly less than traditional drink containers, making them very portable.

Observing the lack of innovative drink packaging options in the marketplace, Good Time Beverages’ founders chose environmentally-friendly “flex” pouches which are constructed of foil that is mostly post-consumer recycled aluminum alloy, covered with a thin internal layer. The pouches take up significantly less space than traditional cans or bottles, and each pouch has a free-flow, tamper-resistant cap that can be resealed for extended storage. The packaging incorporates a high-oxygen barrier film that preserves flavor for one year, and up to three months after initial opening (when resealed with original cap). The drinks can be poured into other beverage receptacles or enjoyed straight from the pouch.

Good Time Beverages’ flex pouches are lightweight and have a compact profile, ideal for space-saving storage and shipment. They also have excellent stand-up stability due to the single gusset construction at the bottom of the pouch, and strong film structure. Their eco-friendly design allows them to carry about an 80% lower carbon footprint than other packaging, and they create 90% less landfill waste as compared to all other packaging containing equal amounts of liquid. Good Time Beverages drink packaging is also 100% BPA-free.

Targeted towards today’s on-the-go consumer, Good Time Beverages’ products can be enjoyed at beaches, picnics, barbecues, concerts, sporting events, State fairs, rodeos, on boats, in RVs, poolside, while hiking, fishing, on hunting trips, golfing, and at NASCAR races. Alternately, the drinks can be enjoyed in the home, when the consumer desires a single-serve cocktail option. Good Time Beverages products are sold at retail chains in a convenient four-pouch package.

Good Time Beverages’ founders continually travel to the best events, hottest bars and trendy clubs, talking to leading mixologists and bartenders, to ensure that their portable cocktail creations are the best on the market. Upcoming Good Time Beverages product releases will include “Cosmopolitan”, “Long Island Iced Tea”, “Apple Martini”, “Triple Trouble Bubble”, and “Bob & Stacy’s Sugar Free Margarita” products.
