Five leaders and one business were recognized for their successes and contributions to ISA-The Association of Learning Providers and the training industry at large at the ISA Annual Business Retreat Awards Dinner, held in Scottsdale, AZ, on March 22. This year’s recipients represent the best of the best from one of the largest nomination pools in the program’s history.

Selected by the Awards Committee based on an evaluation of category-specific criteria points, the 2011 ISA Award winners are:

Donald Kirkpatrick, creator of the Kirkpatrick Four Levels™ Evaluation Model: The Thought Leadership Award
Beverly Kaye, CEO and Founder of Career Systems International: The Broomfield Award – The Spirit of ISA
Ben Snyder, CEO of Systemation: The Outstanding Contribution Award
Anntoinette (Toni) Lucia, President of West End Consulting: Honorary Membership Recipient
Stephen (Steve) Cohen, Founder and Principal of Strategic Leadership Collaborative: Honorary Membership Recipient
“Each year the awards become more and more competitive,” notes Pamela Schmidt, Executive Director of ISA. “We’ve been fortunate to have an increasingly active, involved group of members in our association, and it’s a great thrill having the opportunity to work with the learning industry’s top influential leaders.”
