Berkshire Associates Partners with DirectEmployers to Provide Members With Affirmative Action Compliance Expertise

The knowledge around affirmative action compliance that this new partnership with Berkshire brings is a fantastic addition to the many products and services available to our members.

Berkshire Associates Inc., a leading provider of affirmative action, applicant management, compensation, workforce planning, diversity, and training software and services, announces today it has entered into a strategic partnership with DirectEmployers Association. DirectEmployers is a nonprofit HR consortium comprised of more than 70% of America's Fortune 500 companies, committed to improve labor market efficiency through the sharing of best practices, research, and the development of technology.

According to Shannon Offord, Director of Business Development for DirectEmployers, "The knowledge around affirmative action compliance that this new partnership with Berkshire brings is a fantastic addition to the many products and services available to our members." Offord states, "One of our exceedingly valuable services includes job distribution providing employers Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) compliance with the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) as amended by the Jobs for Veterans Act (JVA)."

Berkshire Associates will share its expertise in affirmative action and related regulation with DirectEmployers members. While DirectEmployers Association will continue to offer guidance and education around outreach and job distribution to veterans and military. Both organizations plan to deliver webinars, seminars, and distribute informative content to clients and members.
