Wood Ranch, known for its quality barbecue, will open its fourteenth restaurant this summer at the Irvine Spectrum to offer Orange County residents and visitors a premium casual dining option for eating in as well as take-out. The restaurant chain, started in 1992, is exclusive to Southern California.
