Both accomplished leaders in finance and technology, Mr. Bullock will focus on expanding the company's corporate services product suite and leading the corporate sales efforts, while Mr. Putnam will help mange inbound ideas from the team and community and accelerate the Stocktwits product development process.
An avid investment and social media enthusiast, Mr. Bullock brings more than 15 years of relevant work experience to StockTwits. Prior to joining StockTwits, Chris was the Director of Product Development for Global Investor Relations Solutions at The NASDAQ OMX Group (aka The NASDAQ Stock Market). Mr. Bullock's team was responsible for managing the development of technologies that supported more than 1,500 websites, 7,000 streaming webcasts and over $20M in annual revenue. Previous positions include posts at Shareholder.com, True Direct, Nextep Media and Evoke Communications. Mr. Bullock also has an extensive and successful background in sales and has co-founded several angel-funded start-ups. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
David Putnam is an expert in product management, product marketing and channel development, with more than 15 years experience delivering Internet and software applications to consumers and enterprises. Mr. Putnam most recently served as Senior Director of Product Management at Yahoo! where he was responsible for setting and executing the company's product strategy for Yahoo! Finance. Under four years of David's leadership and customer focus, Yahoo! Finance grew from 11M users/246M minutes to over 50M UUs and 852M minutes per month, while rapidly expanding its global platform into 15 countries. Before Yahoo!, David built and led high performance and customer oriented product teams at Siemens, Microsoft, and ActivIdentity. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University Fullerton, and an MBA from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.
