“While our commitment to gifts that reflect Jewish traditions is unwavering, we cannot ignore our customers’ requests for “blended” gifts--those that reflect traditions of both Passover and Easter.

Jane Moritz, owner of Challah Connection, an online kosher gourmet gift basket company based in Westport, CT, announced that her company will be offering gourmet kosher gifts that embrace the traditions of both Easter and Passover.

Until now, gift basket companies have provided customers with gifts that reflect traditions of one particular holiday, such as Christmas, Hanukkah, Passover or Easter.

However, there is a growing population of blended families and friends who celebrate “Eastover” (Easter and Passover) and “Chrismukkah” (Christmas and Hanukkah). To address this burgeoning need, Challah Connection is now offering a blended gift for Passover and Easter called "Eastover Traditions in a Box”, a gift which includes items that symbolize both holidays: matzo, grape juice and a Seder plate along with jelly beans, Easter chocolates and pink and white cookies.

“Our customers have been thrilled with our interfaith gifts. They feel that we understand who they are and how they celebrate holidays,” says Jane Moritz. “While we will continue to be committed to creating gifts that reflect Jewish traditions, we cannot ignore our customers’ requests for “blended” gifts. Our job at Challah Connection is to provide gifts that bring people together through holiday foods and traditions. I’m thrilled that we can help!”

To order Eastover Traditions in a Box, other interfaith gifts, or Kosher Passover gifts, customers can order online at or call 866-242-5524.
