The acquisition, which closed on March 1st, 2011, is another example of a Managed Service Provider leveraging Growth by Acquisition to achieve rapid growth within its target market. It is JWCS' second acquisition working with Cogent, who also assisted JWCS with its acquisition of Seattle-based Managed Service Provider X-BAR in July of 2010.
