Midwest ENERGY Association’s Professional Development Certificate (MEA-PDC) program is designed to assist managers and their staffs to clearly identify and pursue developmental experiences for career growth. An MEA-PDC provides professional recognition of program completion.

The MEA-PDC program is based on successful completion of selected elements within three disciplines:
1.    Technical
2.    Organizational
3.    Peer/Industry Experiential Activities

The program enables participants to select a wide range of MEA development options and accepts qualifying non-MEA development options for completing program requirements. The MEA-PDC is designed to complement existing in-house professional development programming.
