OriginOil In-Depth Interview on Influential "Which Way LA?" Radio Program in Los Angeles

The famed public affairs program "Which Way L.A.?" goes onsite to OriginOil's labs in Mid-City Los Angeles. Features interviews of CEO Riggs Eckelberry and Algaemaster Jose Sanchez. Video now posted of the National Algae Association conference in New York City, featuring OriginOil's CEO and Barry Cohen, Executive Director of the NAA. Eckelberry discusses integration with other major algae vendors worldwide.

It was 1992, and Los Angeles was in flames. And "Which Way, L.A.?" became the daily must-listen show to cover the events. It's since expanded to cover US and global affairs.

On April 7th, it covered OriginOil! Listen to it here: http://www.kcrw.com/news/programs/ww . (Segment begins at the 11 minute mark.)

The show toured the lab, explaining how algae is being developed into fuels and other products, and the part OriginOil plays.

Algae's "Killer App"

A new short clip at http://www.vimeo.com/21991222 features Riggs Eckelberry's speech last week at the NAA in New York, OriginOil's Australian pilot site, and closing words from Barry Cohen, Executive Director of the NAA.

Key points in the video: algae's "killer app" (taking advantage of its ability to absorb CO2), and OriginOil's new effort to integrate our technology with other vendors.

Integration is logical, and customers are clamoring for it.

Linking up with Other Vendors

Here's how it works out in practice. Say there is a device that works before or after our own technology in the algae production process. It's a standard piece of equipment that is distributed throughout the world.

So OriginOil makes sure our two technologies work together; and OriginOil agrees to bring their product into its sites, and they will do the same for their international network.

A series of agreements like this will ensure that OriginOil acquires global distribution for its technology, while solving major challenges for its customers.
