GroundLink, a leader in the ground travel industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Charles Fraas as Chief Executive Officer.

Fraas has over 17 years of experience as a senior executive and consultant, and brings significant expertise in e-commerce, technology, marketing, and supply chain management to GroundLink. Fraas joins from 1800Flowers.com where he served as Chief Operating Officer of the Consumer Floral Division. In this role he was responsible for all day-to-day operations, oversight of the 7,000 partnering florists and the financial performance of the widely recognized online brand. Prior to 1800Flowers, he spent 13 years in strategy and operations consulting for consumer products and services companies at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte Consulting.

Fraas succeeds Founder Alex Mashinsky, who will remain with the company as Vice Chairman.
