FEED YOUR HEAD PRODUCTIONS, LLC, an independent production company, has moved its offices to Austin, Texas. The company has a tradition of producing socially engaging documentaries, feature films, television series and public safety announcements. FEED YOUR PRODUCTIONS also actively supports green and educational campaigns.

“As a socially conscious company, I cannot think of a better location than Austin, Texas,” noted former New Yorker and veteran producer/director Scott Robbe of FEED YOUR HEAD PRODUCTIONS. “It’s a vibrant city with a rich history of supporting independent artists. We will continue that tradition by working with a wide range of talented writers, videographers, directors and actors based not only here, but also across the entire state of Texas.”

The company is in various stages of production with a wide range of projects:

  • They are currently in production on ACT UP! (AIDS Coalition to Unleash Power), as well as raising more funding for the documentary that will recognize a core group of courageous individuals who became proactive and formed ACT UP! saving thousands of lives. Gus Van Sant of Good Will Hunting and Milk fame will serve as Executive Producer for the documentary. ACT UP! will be produced in Austin.

Robbe noted that the community lost a true champion with the passing of Elizabeth Taylor who served as the Founding International Chairman for the American Foundation for AIDS Research. He added that her legacy will be featured in ACT UP! as one of the pioneers in HIV advocacy by celebrities

  • In development is an action adventure thriller written and directed by Austin native Ben Snyder titled HARDWATER
  • The production company is developing a TV Special for LOGO television about Youth and HIV Today
  • Robbe’s FEED YOUR HEAD PRODUCTIONS is also collaborating on the development of several projects with Elizabeth Avellan's EYA Productions
