Mr. Mamlin served as the Director of the State of Indiana’s Child Support Bureau, prior to holding senior positions in the Child Support Services practices of Convansys and Systems & Methods, Inc. He has also held management and staff positions in state Child Welfare, TANF, Food Stamps, and Medicaid programs. “Joe has been a leader in the innovative use of technology and process improvement to raise service levels in Human Services programs,” says Tim Lenning, CSG’s Executive Vice-President and Managing Director. “He provides extensive real-world experience and insight to agencies operating in today’s challenging public sector environment.” Mr. Mamlin has also served on the Board of Directors of the National Child Support Enforcement Association.
