Red Aril, a leading Data Management and Audience Optimization Platform (DMP) provider, and Tectonic (formerly Adify International), a provider of audience solutions and services, today announced a strategic partnership in which Tectonic will represent Red Aril's DMP internationally outside the US and Japan.

In conjunction with the partnership, Tectonic announced today its name change from Adify International to better reflect its multi-channel focus to serving international publishers and brand advertisers.

The partnership provides Red Aril with a strategic relationship with one of the fastest growing digital marketing solution and service providers outside the U.S. It provides Tectonic with a leading data management platform to service the increasing international demand for proven audience-targeting solutions.
