Now We’re Cookin’, the premier culinary center for Chicago and North Shore suburbs, invites all locavores, passionate foodies, neighbors and friends to the Spring North Shore Artisan Food Market on Saturday, May 14th. This innovative market will introduce the public to great food entrepreneurs from across Chicago’s Northern suburbs. A wide range of small batch, locally hand-crafted food products will be on display.

Now We’re Cookin’, the premier culinary center for Chicago and North Shore suburbs, invites all Chicago locavores, passionate foodies, neighbors and friends to the Spring North Shore Artisan Food Market on Saturday, May 14th. This innovative market day will introduce the public to great food entrepreneurs from across Chicago’s Northern suburbs. A wide range of small batch, locally hand-crafted food products will be on display: some will be familiar, but others will be new to many. Market visitors will be able to taste samples of their products, talk with the entrepreneurs, and purchase the products or place orders for future deliveries.

For small food businesses, this is a great opportunity to broaden market presence, generate “buzz” about their product. For the public, this is a unique opportunity to taste and learn about locally-produced products. For buyers, the market provides a great chance to source locally-made products for a store or grocery. We invite everyone to come, browse, taste, and buy.

Small food product producers – open to businesses registered in or producing at a kitchen in a North / North Western suburban community. A modest table fee will be charged, payable with reservation. Reservations required by Friday April 29th.
