eNutriments, an online retailer of natural health products and nutritional supplements, announced that it would select Chase Orbital Payments for online credit card transactions and orders.
The move puts eNutriments.com at par with larger retailers in the same market segment, now allowing them to accept all major credit cards and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. The current deal would allow for transactions to be made by customers in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Chase Paymentech has been a long-standing and reliable partner for e-commerce merchants, and they continue to develop a processing platform that evolves with customers growing needs. Orbital Payments offers alternate payment methods including PayPal, and BillMeLater. These two options will attract new revenue streams from PayPal loyal customers, as well as, allow for financed payments on larger items through BillMeLater.
Initially, global payments will not be accepted by eNutriments due to FDA export standards on natural and nutritional supplements. The company is currently ironing out international distribution channels, and company representatives believe that eNutriments should launch globally by Q1 2012. Primary international markets will include, Canada, UK, and the European Union.
