BRAINYBRAWN, INC. (Pink sheets: BRNW) announced that Sanvi Infotech Pvt. Ltd (India) completed its reporting formalities with the Registrar of Companies in India and reported BRAINYBRAWN, INC. as the owner of 99.99% of Sanvi Infotech Pvt. Ltd’s (“Sanvi Infotech”) fully authorized, issued and outstanding shares.

Brainybrawn, Inc.'s (Pink sheets: BRNW) subsidiary, Sanvi Infotech Private Limited (India) develops and markets modular, comprehensive, and fully integrated information management solutions for the vast and expanding health care sector in India.

Sanvi Infotech Pvt. Ltd (“Sanvi Infotech”), an Indian subsidiary of Brainybrawn, Inc. ("the Company"), is in the business of software, web application and information management solutions development business, focusing primarily on the health care, hospitality, education, and media and marketing sectors.
