On March 31st through April 3rd Miriam Merenfeld showcased her 2011 Spring/ Summer Jewelry Collection at the Legendary Henri Bendel Fifth Avenue Flagship in New York City. Her collection brought a great buzz of excitement and creativity to the store. Maria Shriver and her daughter, Katherine Schwarzenegger, chose a beautiful Rose Quarts Necklace from The Miriam Merenfeld Entwine Collection.

From March 31st through April 3rd Miriam Merenfeld showcased her 2011 Spring / Summer Jewelry Collection at the Legendary Henri Bendel Fifth Avenue Flagship in New York City. Her collection brought a great buzz of excitement and creativity to the store. Through the course of four days many clients and guest enjoyed the fantastic trunk show. One of the guests included Maria Shriver; she and daughter, Katherine Schwarzenegger, chose pieces from Miriam Merenfeld’s Entwine Collection. The Entwine Collection is made of Rose Quartz and 14k gold filled wire symbolizing “Healing, Love and Peace.”

Miriam Merenfeld is an architect who is dedicated to Jewelry design. Her collections range from delicate gold filled necklaces and bracelets with personalized initial pendants, to larger more intricate pieces which juxtapose and intertwine semi-precious stones and vintage pieces. These beautiful pieces weave together the diversity and individuality that we find in our culture today. Her collections have a strong understanding of design and a deep sense of aesthetics incorporating hits of the past and the dreams of the future.

Born in Venezuela to an architect and a painter, Miriam has been inspired by the arts, architecture, different cultures and their landscape. She studied at The University of Florida and graduated from The Pratt Institute, and is now dedicated to designing jewelry. As an architect her jewelry collections have a strong understanding of design, symbolism and a deep sense of aesthetic. Her designs are imbued with a love for symbolic message and spirituality. Many pieces can be customized to tell an individual’s story, thereby giving them personal significance, while at the same time juxtaposing and intertwining the beauty of semi- precious stones and metals. These weave together the diversity and the individuality that we find in our culture today, incorporating hints of the past and the dreams of the future.
