Produced in conjunction with Newcastle - based digital marketing agency Mobious, the original campaign featured 10 animated video guides for First Time Buyers, hosted on both the bank's own website - http://www.northernrock.co.uk, and its YouTube Channel. Phase two features a new video which gives a comprehensive yet easy-to-understand guide to Cash ISAs.
Andy Tate, Customer and Commercial Director at Northern Rock said, "The savings website was developed with the aim of improving the process of evaluating and applying for a savings product for our customers, and this new guide enhances this further by getting important and sometimes complex information across about ISAs in a straightforward and enjoyable way".
