Safeharbor Knowledge Solutions announced today that Mr. Wade Pfeiffer has joined the company as its new President and CEO. Mr. Pfeiffer is a seasoned executive in the Customer Experience and Knowledge Management industry who brings more than 20 years of executive leadership and operational experience to the business. Most recently, Mr. Pfeiffer served as the General Manager and Senior Vice President of nGenera’s Customer Interaction Management (CIM) division (now Moxie Software, Customer Spaces). Previously, Mr. Pfeiffer was the Chief Operating Officer of Talisma, a CIM software company, which was sold to nGenera in 2008.
