A leading figure in the Legal Technology / Discovery Services space over the past twenty years, Isenberg has managed legal technology and support services for large, complex litigations in the areas of banking, securities, insurance, white-collar, product liability, pharmaceutical, energy, intellectual property and bankruptcy. He assumed a leadership role in some of the pivotal litigations of the last two decades including the L-Tryptophan product liability cases in the early 1990’s, the insurance sales practice cases of the late 1990’s, several of the large bankruptcy matters in the early part of the last decade and large matters in the IP, pharmaceutical and energy space during the past six years.
Prior to joining Litigation Logistics, he served as Managing Director at Cobra Legal Solutions, Global Director of Litigation Technology at White & Case, National Director of Litigation Technology at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and Manager of Databases and Litigation Support at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen and Hamilton. His educational background includes a B.A. from Pomona College and an M.A. from University of California at Santa Barbara.
Mr. Isenberg is a frequent speaker at legal technology and e-discovery conferences. He is a contributing member of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) since its founding, and has served on its Advisory Board for the past five years.
