Mr. Ryckman brings a wealth of experience with over 30 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry where he worked for Schlumberger as a well site geologist and then, later, as a development geologist for projects in the Gulf of Mexico, offshore California and Alaska. Mr. Ryckman has also led a team at Kestrel Data Management where he captured geological and geophysical databases as a service for major corporations. At Kaplan EduNeering, an e-Learning organization that provided compliance training for the oil and gas industry, he managed sales and business development of training and mentoring programs as well as marketing. Jeff Johnson, a geoscientist and project manager, has over 30 years of international experience mainly in E&P operations and technology with assignments in the US, Middle East and Latin America. He has served in exploration and field development with ConocoPhillips, technical software management with Landmark and Paradigm/Earth Decisions, and more recently, with MCA International a consulting firm managing the design and implementation of competency development programs for clients. Mr. Johnson is currently the project manager for IHRDC’s competency management worldwide engagements.
