Torrance, California (PRWEB) April 14, 2011
Phiten®, the innovator and original maker of the titanium necklace and precious metal-infused sports accessories, today announced an exclusive contract with Curtis Granderson, center fielder for the MLB New York Yankees.
Granderson joins teammate Joba Chamberlain, as well as many top athletes in the MLB, as an official Phiten athlete through the new endorsement deal.
"I have been using Phiten products since my days with the Tigers to help keep me in top form," stated Granderson. "I always feel like I am bringing my best to the field and I am excited to be an official representative of Phiten."
After four years in the minors, Granderson moved up to the major league becoming the Detroit Tigers starting center fielder for the 2006 season. Despite some setbacks with a broken finger, Granderson had several career benchmarks with the Tigers including leading the MLB in triples in 2007 and 2008, becoming a member of the 20-20-20-20 club, at the time only the 3rd player in the history of major league baseball to accomplish the feat, and was selected for the 2009 All Star team. He was traded to the New York Yankees where he helped the team clinch the 2010 American League Division Series. He also spent time as a broadcast commentator for TBS alongside Cal Ripken, Jr., Dennis Eckersley and Frank Thomas for its coverage of the 2007 and 2008 baseball postseason.
Phiten products are worn by elite athletes all over the world, and may help to counteract the stress and fatigue of everyday life, while promoting your good health, energy and well-being.
