One Property Source is very proud to announce the appointment of Pat Putnal as the new broker-in-charge. Putnal’s role is to support and ensure compliance of the twelve agents working with OPS. Her knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry comes from serving Mecklenburg, Cabarrus and Rowan counties for over 26 years.
Ed McAfee, CEO of One Property Source, said “Having known Pat Putnal for some time and admiring her skills as an experienced broker, I was extremely pleased to welcome her to the OPS team. Pat has great ideas of blending her expert knowledge of closing deals with integrating technology and using unique marketing techniques to attract prospects. This single move has catapulted the OPS firm from a boutique operation to the leader in real estate that is transacted in the local area and beyond.”
“I was attracted to OPS because of their cutting-edge technology and the opportunity to be involved in the growth of this new concept in real estate” said Putnal. It was not only the innovative technology that was inviting to Putnal, but the staff of “extremely talented people who are true assets to the company as well as the real estate agents that work for One Property Source.”
As a broker-in-charge for OPS, Putnal’s duties include overseeing the agents, checking and processing all listing and sales paperwork, handling earnest money deposits, answering questions about real estate transactions, and handling any issues that arise on transactions. She also attends several networking meetings and stays up-to-date on all real estate issues by attending seminars and training sessions regularly.
OPS and sister company Locus Real Estate Advisors, a commercial firm with a large presence in Cabarrus county, have grown from a couple of brokers last year to thirteen brokers presently. McAfee said that with the addition of Putnal, “the company will continue to grow by adding quality performing brokers to the One Property Source team.”
Putnal says she “is looking forward to seeing the company expand as sellers, and buyers, as well as agents, reap the rewards that will be available to them.”
Before joining One Property Source, Putnal managed her own real estate company for several years and has been broker-in-charge for two other companies.
