Summer Advantage USA is an academic enrichment program that partners with schools, school districts and parents to provide scientifically proven and cost effective summer learning programs to school-aged children.

The positions are for the 2011 summer programs to be held in Indianapolis and Muncie.

The following positions are open:

  • Academic Teachers (certified educators)
  • Enrichment Teachers
  • Teacher’s Assistants
  • School Nurses (licensed RN)

Teacher Assistants are not required to be certified, but must have a background working with children; including tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, or instructional assistant experience. The position is open to community members, school staff, university students or AmeriCorps members. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Enrichment teachers should be creative individuals with drama, arts, music, physical education background, and must also have experience working with children.
