The theme of this year's event is "Pathways to Innovation" and the summit will focus on the innovative ways entrepreneurs and business leaders have created new job opportunities, reinvented their skillsets, developed new talents, built businesses and expanded our city's economic success during the economic downturn.

Mr. Ein will share his enterprising decision to embark on a major $2 billion, 10-year redevelopment project in the District; discuss how this project will jumpstart the redevelopment of the District's historic Southwest waterfront; why the District of Columbia continues to be a great place to do business and his success story that has landed him a place on Washington Business Forward's "Forward 40 - top 40 business people in the Washington DC region".

Dr. Anirban Basu, Chairman & CEO of Sage Policy Group - will present an Economic Outlook of the District of Columbia and surrounding regions.
