Addison firm wins category in Student Housing Business Magazine’s Innovator Awards.

IRIO, a mobile marketing firm engaging customers and mobilizing communities through the power of mobile applications and text messaging, announced today that the company had been honored for excellence as part of the inaugural presentation of the SHB Innovator Awards, sponsored by Student Housing Business Magazine. IRIO won the Off-Campus: Best Mobile Marketing Campaign category for achievement and innovation in off-campus mobile marketing for a work done in association with Asset Campus Housing.

The SHB Innovator Awards recognized the best projects in the student housing industry, both on and off-campus, Jan. 2009 to Dec. 2010. Categories included outstanding achievement in the design, development, operations, and management of student housing properties—located on campus and off. SHB Innovator Award winners received their awards during a special gala dinner at the third annual InterFace Student Housing Conference, held April 12-14 in Austin, Texas. Winners were selected by an independent jury of industry peers and experts.
