New Version of CRM+ from Alauras Software Announced with ‘QuickLaunch’ and enhanced Native iPad Capability for Yellow Page Publishers

Media software publisher, Alauras Software announced the release of Version 8.7 of its highly regarded Yellow Page CRM and sales force automation system. This new version offers enhanced flexibility allowing seamless expansion of new product offerings to sales teams through ‘QuickLaunch’. It also leverages GPS tracking and extends system use to Apple’s iPad in a fully native version for on or offline operation.

CRM+ Version 8.7 is the latest release of Alauras' CRM and sales automation system. This version offers a new feature called QuickLaunch which speeds sales, support and reporting of virtually any new product offering. This version further expands flexibility through an enhanced native iPad configuration.

The QuickLaunch feature allows yellow page publishers to add new product families, new product bundles, variable contract terms, sales reporting and customized billing by product. Vladimir Miloserdov, CEO stated “Now publishers can sell any product, internet or print, through a single flexible platform. Our customers are no longer restricted to selling what is most convenient to implement or support. QuickLaunch eliminates restrictions of a legacy publishing system and the worry of how to manage new product introductions.” With regard to the revised UI, he stated "Every function is now extremely intuitive. A rep can be armed with an iPad and writing contracts in a couple of hours."

Other new features of interest include extended contract management and GPS location services which establish the geographic point of origin for contract signature or sales rep location. This is the eighth expansion in CRM+ feature sets since the product was originally launched in 2006, continuing to demonstrate Alauras’ focus on leveraging the latest technology and providing the widest flexibility for yellow page sales teams.

The new system fully leverages all of the key benefits of Apples iPad. With version 8.7 on the iPad, each sales rep is able to maintain their complete territory assignment on the device. All critical functions are available for use offline including contract execution. Synchronization is fully automated when internet access is detected. Compatibility is currently limited to Apple's iPad™ but versions for other touch screen devices are planned.
