Cabot, Pennsylvania (PRWEB) April 27, 2011
Cabot Guns (Cabot Gun Company, LLC) is a new American gun company and the only gun made in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
And Cabot Guns are not simply “made in America” meaning “mostly made in America” or “assembled in America.” Rather ... every part of a Cabot 1911 handgun is made, milled, assembled, attached and finished in America. Every part.
Cabot Guns is a collaboration between Cabot Gun Compnay, LLC and Penn United Technologies Inc. Together, they design, build and market four model 1911 handguns which will premiere this weekend (April 29th, 30th, and May 1st) at the NRA Annual Meeting and Exhibit in Pittsburgh, PA. Cabot Guns is committed to building a small firearms industry in Pennsylvania, just 35 miles north of Pittsburgh.
Cabot Guns will offer the world’s first post-custom pistol. Cabot’s 1911 will unveil a new standard of quality and accuracy never seen before in the gun world from a firearm right out of the box. Cabot Guns’ clone technology is unheard of in the 1911 hand gun market. We have successfully engineered 1911 pistols which exceed National Match Standards out of the box with fully interchangeable parts.
Penn United Technologies, Inc. – a leading precision metal manufacturer – has developed proprietary technology the rest of the gun industry simply does not possess. The frame and slide of a Cabot 1911 are guaranteed to be completely interchangeable with other Cabot 1911 frames and slides.
High end custom gun brands boast using CNC machines to fashion their guns. Cabot’s strategic partner Penn United makes CNC Machines, has proprietary technology on how to use them and has their own school where our craftsmen undergo five years of training.
Robert Bianchin, President of Cabot Guns stated, “We have good competitors in the industry but we challenge any of them to match what we are doing. As for China? China can only dream of achieving this type of quality.”
Guns are available for order immediately and will be available on July 1st.
