The Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF), the premier organization for the small and emerging government contractor, is pleased to announce the winners of the Annual SECAF Awards Gala. The SECAF Awards Gala is the premier commemorative event honoring small and emerging government contractors and the players in the ecosystem that rely on small business.

Government Advocate of the Year: Michael O’Neill, Director of the Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) Programs a the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA)
The 2011 winners were chosen from among three to five finalists in all categories, and announced at the Annual Awards Gala on April 28, 2011 at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner. The original field of nominations included nearly 200 submissions.
