Spanlink Communications, a Cisco partner focused on designing, implementing and supporting contact center and customer collaboration solutions, announced today that the company’s board of directors appointed Eric LeBow, currently vice president of Professional Services, as chief executive officer.
LeBow replaces Scott Christian, who resigned Thursday after accepting a position as CFO for a Minneapolis-based software and services company.
LeBow joined Spanlink in 1998, quickly advancing positions in engineering, contact center architectural design and support, and rising to senior management positions. He has held executive leadership roles in nearly all of Spanlink’s practice areas, including support, pre-sales engineering, architectural design, implementation, project management and marketing.

As a result of this transition, LeBow has also been elected to serve as a director on Spanlink’s board and Christian has stepped down from his board responsibilities.
