Under the new contract, HRSG delivers its i-SkillSuite® competency dictionary to the OECD, enabling it to integrate competency profiles for all roles within the organization. These general and technical profiles are best practice standards for learning development, employee assessments and hiring decisions. This partnership was secured based on i-SkillSuite®'s versatility.
