Chemir Analytical Services announces that Cyanta Analytical Services is now part of the Chemir family of chemical testing laboratories. Cyanta offers pharmaceutical product development support, including analytical method development and validation, bioanalytical support, custom synthesis, as well as physical and chemical testing for medical devices.
Cyanta was founded as Chemir Pharma Services in 2003, and has been operation independently since 2007. Now, both companies have joined together to better serve the pharmaceutical and medical device industries for analytical testing services.
David Riggs is President of Chemir, Cyanta, as well as CAS-MI Laboratories. CAS-MI Laboratories and Innovation Center offer solutions for the coatings and adhesives industries.
“We are excited to have Cyanta rejoin our team,” says Riggs. “Our companies truly complement each other’s services. Chemir has been solving difficult problems for over 50 years by offering failure analysis, contaminant identification and deformulation. Cyanta offers non-routine support for the development of pharmaceutical and medical device products, and CAS-MI can support new coatings and adhesive product development. ”
The companies are both located in St. Louis, MO, and the CAS-MI facilities are in Ypsilanti, MI.
