"A Nation divided will not stand hence The United Sovereignty Alliance has been formed to entice the people to rise up in unison to reject the direction our government is taking us," says Burton Hill, Founder United Sovereignty Alliance. "The Declaration of Independence states the people can force the government to change by voting on specific constitutional amendments to bring about government reform."

A little Rebellion now and then-is a Medicine neccessary for the Sound Health of Government; Thomas Jefferson

All ideas start with a single purpose and a single voice can turn into a choir. Currently only one man with a passion for his country is involved and all are invited to regain our "Sovereignty."

Burton Hill of Sioux Falls, South Dakota has formed a non-profit and non-political agenda called The United Sovereignty Alliance licensed in South Dakota to present Constitutional Amendment Reform proposals for the people of the United States to vote for in the upcoming 2012 general election.

"Never before in the history of the United States has an agenda such as the United Sovereignty Alliance ever been attempted, yet such an agenda has never been needed more than now," says Burton Hill, Founder of the United Sovereignty Alliance.

The Declaration of Independence states, "that all men[and women] are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator[God] with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Government derive it's powers from the consent of the governed and it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish said government and institute new Government, laying it's foundation on such principles and powers in such form to effect their Safety and Happiness," and was written to protect the people of the, "United Sates from Abuses by the King of England," yet it's very context can now be used to encourage and protect the people of the United States from an Abusive Federal Government.

"The United Sovereignty Alliance is an attempt to regain our "Constitutional Rights" to have a limited government work for the people and not the people work for the government," says Burton Hill. "All Americans are urged to read the "Declaration of Independence" and the "United States Constitution" to find out how far our Government has strayed from its contract with the People."

The United States of America must come first and foremost in the Hearts and Minds of those serving in the Government.

"The people of this nation must unite for the "Sovereignty of the United States" and form an alliance across all party lines, setting aside any and all differences and Ideologies to rein in an out of control and abusive government for the survival of our nation," says Burton Hill.

There are 51 proposals within the United Sovereignty Alliance agenda of which some will be contentious and are to protect the Constitutional Rights of free speech and the right to protest government repression. 49 are "Constitutional Amendments" All of which can be attached to the U.S. Constitution.

Among the proposals are a Federal Balanced Budget, a simple stair-step Tax Code,Term Limits, Marriage, Abortion Restrictions, Constitutional Treason, Campaign Finance Reform, National Security, and a Constitutional Energy Policy all of which the true owners of the sovereignty of the United States, the American people, shall have the right to vote for.
