The Bupa Great North Run is the premier event in the Great Run series and is firmly established as the world’s most popular half-marathon.
Fiona will be joining the event’s 54,000 participants to raise money for Breast Cancer Campaign.
Breast Cancer Campaign is a unique community of scientists, supporters and people touched by breast cancer. Together they make ‘Pink Science’ happen – their pioneering approach to breast cancer research that identifies and funds the research projects with the greatest potential to save and improve lives and, ultimately, to find a cure for breast cancer.
Neil Homer, Regional Manager – Wealth Advice, commented: “Best of luck to Fiona and to the other Great North Run participants involved in raising money for this worthy charity.”
